High School Training

High School Training is for the athlete who is looking to make and contribute to their school team, AAU team, or just improve their overall skill at a high level. Athletes participate in high-impact sessions that refine their skills and heighten their basketball IQ. These sessions are designed to be intense, building in condition in an effort to prepare the athlete for high school, college, and beyond. Each session will focus on athletes learning new concepts, breaking down the finer details of skill work and opportunities to be challenged by other athletes.
